Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for (but not limited to) where a product is out of stock, pricing is incorrect, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on the site are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are added at checkout before payment. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout and will not charge your card until your order is dispatched.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy allows you to return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.

Product Use

Fitness and gym equipment should be used responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided. VitalGym is not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use of equipment that is not suitable for your abilities.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to VitalGym and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VitalGym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
